ABOUT NHCSS Nursing & Healthcare Solutions Scotland (NHCSS) is a family Partnership and has been a concept of the founder Samantha J Thompson RN (Adult) since 1999 and NHCSS was finally started in early April 2008.

Samantha herself was trained in the Western General Hospital, Edinburgh, Scotland and qualified as a RGN part 1 of register in 1994

After gaining various skills and qualifications in the nursing/medical profession, Samantha ran a large Scottish based Nursing Agency for around 5 years where she gained the knowledge and determination to start her

own Nursing Agency.

Being in the Nursing profession herself, and also having the years of agency experience behind her, Samantha felt that her agency could offer her Healthcare professionals, her peers and her clients a fuller and higher degree of care and responsibility.

Having spent further years in other aspects of the Healthcare profession will further ensure trust, confidence and professionalism is established within her agency.

We as a family business are committed to promoting a strong sense of personal commitment and team involvement to give our customers a unique family atmosphere in a highly customer driven environment.
