Nursing & Healthcare Solutions Scotland (NHCSS) understand the staffing pressures on Health care providers, and our aim is relieve these pressures by providing appropriate Nursing staff and Carers who are qualified and are competent to fill the positions requested.

Having spent 17 years in the Healthcare profession both as a nurse and in management, we realise the importance of using agency staff that are competent, trained in your particular area of care, and will fit into your environments routine with minimal disruption.

Time is spent with both the prospective agency nurse, to identify skill sets, experience, training and work habits, and the client. Here we discuss face to face with you your needs and requirements. We aim to identify the routine and running of your establishment and match it with the staff we feel will best fit the environment.

We fully understand the importance of having ongoing training for all Healthcare staff. That is why our training department offers numerous educational courses and training for all NHCSS staff, through our partnership with Charles Bloe Training.

To assist our clients and their staff, we would like to offer you the opportunity to benefit from our trainers and facilities. All courses are heavily reduced in price for our clients, and designed to fit around you, either at your location or at selected locations. All Healthcare agency staff on NHCSS books are interviewed by our own qualified nursing Staff. The agency staff’s credentials, competency and skills need then need to be verified to meet all the required standards prior to NHCSS taking them on our staffing database.

  

All NHCSS Agency staff will have a current registration in place and all Healthcare Agency staff must have a Disclosure check carried out or have one in place prior to supplying to clients for placements.
