On initial interview, all prospective Agency Staff will have to go through a recruitment interview/process carried out by our RN interviewer. To organize this, please contact our head office to arrange a suitable time and date within your local area.

 

At the interview, your skills, experiences and qualifications/ registration (where applicable) will be documented and checked. You will also be required to complete an up to date disclaimer. Following the receipt of up to date satisfactory references, you will then be able to log your availability and accept suitable assignments.

Due to the fact that the assignments are "demand" led, it may not always be possible to find you a suitable shift. However, the more flexible you are with regards to traveling and workload,  this will increase our chances of finding you suitable work. We do pay a contribution toward travel allowance.

Once the shift has been accepted by the nurse, it then becomes the responsibility of the nurse to ensure they arrive for the shift on time, wearing the correct uniform, and carrying their NHCSS employee identification card at all times.    Contact us for more information
